As a certified holistic health coach, I see it as my duty to teach and inform others about their health; specifically simply things they can do each day to maximize their health, like taking their vitamins. I’m always being asked, “Do I really need to take vitamins?” And my short answer is YES! That is why I created my free guide 3 Vitamins to Maximize Your Health, and why I’m writing this blog post for you.

Combine that with the fact that vitamins are a hot topic in the health and wellness industry right now. While it’s great that people are becoming more aware that vitamins are crucial for a better life, there’s also a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to vitamins. So my guide gives it to you straight.

So why do I really need to take vitamins?

Two reasons. I’m going to name one, but get more into detail about the second reason.

1). Foods aren’t as nutrient dense as they used to be due to over-farming, pesticide use, and pollution. You can learn more about that by watching a Health & Freedom Webinar here – I go into a lot more details about this topic.

2). Your body constantly needs to be fed a supply of vitamins and nutrients. Why?

Our bodies are comprised of millions of cells – cells that are constantly replenishing and replicating themselves, every second of everyday. While you were reading that sentence millions of cells replicated themselves in your body. 

Every part of our bodies are comprised of cells. Every single inch of us is, in fact, just a bunch of cells. Our skin. Our blood supply. Our digestive system. Every. Single. Organ. 

You get a new blood supply every 120 days. You get a new skeleton every 2-10 years depending on your age You get a new stomach lining every 5 days.

Because your cells are constantly replicating themselves, you want those cells to be as healthy as they possibly can be – and that’s why you need to constantly supply those cells with the right amount of nutrients. You can literally change your health the minute you start feeding your cells with optimal levels of nutrients. As the healthy cells replicate, they give you more healthy cells. The result is a healthier, happier, more energetic you!

Vitamins help provide your cells with the optimal amounts of nutrients to help your body thrive – day in, and day out.
